The start to this year hasn’t really gotten off to that great a strart. >_< Been busy with work, where it just seems like one bad thing after another keeps getting me. =(It has just made me realise that I’m starting to not like customers very much. Especially the fully stressed 40something+ women who come in all stressed out about their jobs, family or lives, and take it out on us. If you can’t be nice to people maybe you should stay away from people until you can play nicely. We dont’ forget the people that treat us like crap. Next time you come back, we will treat you with the same courtesy you treated us last time. I always remember the people who treated me well, and those who treated me badly. I still remember the woman on my first day that treated me like crap. When she comes in now, I don’t serve her. If anything I ignore her. When she needs help, I give her one worded answers.
The past few weeks i have been plagued with sickness. I got that recurring cough thing I had towards the end of last year. It started as a cough, then after Summerdayze, it turned into a bad cold. A cold which I’m still trying to get over. Then last Sunday, all of a sudden, I got this thing just above my lip that just appeared out of nowhere, it blistered the next day, and then crusted over on Tuesday. I went to the chemist and because it didn’t hurt/tingle/itch, the chemist doesn’t think it is a cold sore, and told me I didn’t need the cream. I went to another chemist the day after, and the same thing again. They told me to just put a mild moisturiser on it and if it doesn’t heal soon to see a doctor. So I went yesterday.
Weird doctor. He touched the scab…. with no gloves on. =| Then his mobile rang, and he answered it… without washing his hand. Then he wanted to check the back of my throat, he couldn’t find his torch/magnifying glass thing. Then I asked him about my sore, he just goes… “hmm… it could be a cold sore… but I can’t tell.” >< But the cold thing, apparently its going around at the moment and it is similar to the whooping cough. ><
